You’d expect to just add in extra 8GB for 16GB, but no. If you want 16GB RAM, be prepared to throw in full $150-200 for it. They compromised a lot with the components to keep some build quality and to keep the price down. Overall not too bad, I’m just worried about the HDD section not closing securely.it has been hard to find something to fit it. I like the fact that it looks professional, many other similar laptops would look silly in a work setting. Overall I am very pleased. I don’t tend to worry about ram compatibility too much, but check out other reviewers, do direct searches in the reviews for “ram”, I tried to diagnose what’s going on with my unit, until I realized that it’s actually the power brick that’s messed up, or maybe the battery (or even motherboard that deals with the power .It’s now December and the audio on the laptop has gone out as well. I’m now on the process of shipping it back for repairs for both issues.Lastly, there’s a lot of bloat on this thing, mostly from Dell. no te afecta como jugador pero si preocupa el desgaste delequipo, dejando eso de lado es genial.
I can imagine it would be a tad difficult to see if you were using this outside. Noise is about what I expect from a laptop in general. What do you expect? It’s a laptop, small/loud-ish fans is just how it is. Easy access to HDD/SSD, My only complain is for receiving the wrong power cord (received the European version,Contacted support and they told me it was a problem that an agency would need to check it.Got a blue screen at least like 4 times the first week I got it. The audio gets all buggy if you use an HDMI cable with it and unplug it. The other settings don’t really change the way the game looks enough to warrant the fps drop, especially on such a small screen. Also I recommend sticking with edge as it is faster but it’s honestly just personal preference. I had to try to finish up the fix the next day because dell support hours were closing soon. Even more unfortunate was the fact that the laptop froze mid reset. The next day I waited until I was supposed to be called and basically was told during that time that dell was closed

Aesthetically, the laptop isn’t the prettiest, but it isn’t gaudy either.
